As the Turkic World Application and Research Center, we hosted our Kyrgyzstani students studying at Gazi University on November 29 at 12.30. The meeting was attended by the Director of the Turkic World Application and Research Center Prof. Dr. Alev Çakmakoğlu Kuru and the members of the board of directors Prof. Dr. Bülent Aksoy. Various conversations were held with our students on the geographical location of Kyrgyzstan, its traditions and the position of women in Kyrgyzstan. The perspective of the Kyrgyz Turks towards the Turks of Turkey was discussed. The importance of preserving language and culture and the activities to be carried out in this regard were mentioned. Our students expressed that they are supporters of our center in the aforementioned issues. Our meeting ended with good wishes and wishes that our strengthened ties will continue in various areas.
